"He who plants a garden, plants happiness and well-being around themselves"🌿
To witness growth, to have a closer look at what progress implies; planting a garden
would enable a person to experience this process called growth. To be able to
observe a seed grow into big plant is such a feeling!
Rightly quoted by Alfred Austin- “The GLORY of gardening: Hands in soil, head in the
sun. To nurture a garden is to feed not just on the body, but the soul.
While gardening
we make sure following steps are taken into consideration:

2. Picking up the
correct spot (full sun).

4. Working on the soil
5. Picking the

“Never underestimate the healing power
of a quiet moment in the garden”. Although tomorrows are never promised but to plant
a garden is to believe in tomorrow.
Nature is such an alchemist it has all the ability to rejuvenate, retreat, refresh, rejoice
and renew mood. Mother nature can accommodate all of us and
keep serving us as a best- healer for our ailments. Gardens can aid in the treatments
ranging from minor depressed moods to severe cancer-like diseases and disorders. Till

As per Janet Kilburn Philips - Gardening becomes more therapeutic when – “There are
no gardening mistakes only EXPERIMENTS” so, lets experiment and heal yourself
deeply. Even today there are people who do talk to their plants and feel better.
Being thankful and grateful for gardens around us.
To end this article, I would like to mention a quote by-

canvas”
